Howie is a second generation Starry Night kidlet. He is the son of Gch Ch Knockout Captain America- Max, owned  by Kristi Green and our Cinni- Gch Ch Starry Night Red Hot Cinnamon Drop. Howie raced through his championship title and will be coming back to the ring soon to work on his Grand championship. Howie is also expecting some kids of his own very soon, so stayed tuned!
